This subject critically examines the role and operation of companies registered under the Corporations Act 2001 (Cth) and other business structures involving trusts and associations. You will examine in detail the life cycle of the company from formation to the internal operation including directors’ and officers’ duties, members meetings and rights, through to the termination of companies in distress and external administration.
